Purpose
The purpose of this session is to provide participants with relevant skills and knowledge to write simply and effectively. This program will help participants to plan, organise and structure their writing to achieve better results with written business communications. Through practical application of writing and editing skills, participants will learn to create reader oriented documents in plain English.

NBI, Whole Brain Thinking

Purpose
NBI is a tool that measures the traits you share with others. With the knowledge gained from this measurement, you will have the ability to adapt your thinking and reactions to be more adaptive to your environment.

The NBI Leadership Style instrument provides insight into your leadership style and issues that are important to you (but may not be to your staff or colleagues), as well as identifying where there may be gaps in your leadership approaches.

Developing a more meaningful leadership style, and making more dynamic contributions and decisions in the company, are but a few of the advantages of understanding your leadership style. Improving relationships and the creation of a positive work environment result from the leader who leads with his/her whole brain.
